In this meeting Sean Tierney of Problemattic will give an overview of his "The Problemattic Way" playbook used by team leaders encapsulating 28 years-worth of important concepts as a success formula for first-time product creators.

The planned agenda is this:

7:15pm - Sean talk through each step of the Problemattic Way formula
8:00pm - Show & Tell from members
8:15pm - Get help on any challenges you're facing
8:30pm - wrap-up and feedback for next one

If you have specific questions related to this topic post them as a comment. The meeting will be livestreamed via Zoom and the link will be shared via email to all members in advance. Attendance in person is more ideal but we welcome remote attendees.
