Nocode Lisboa #14: Build your first app using AI

Based on the popularity of our last couple events we'll be doing a series of "live cooking" sessions where we use different AI builder tools to develop and deploy an app in under an hour. You can see a video of our previous sessions here and here.

We're going to try something a little different this time and do this in a participatory workshop format. You are welcome of course to just spectate but if you want to get your hands dirty, bring your laptop and we'll break into small groups and step through the process of building and deploying an app together. By the end of the evening you will:

• Have experience using multiple free tools for developing apps without needing to know how to write code
• Have built and deployed an application that works and you can give to your friends to try
• Understand the basics of how and why to use Github for source control
• Understand how to capture and represent requirements for your app
• Know how to work with the LLMs to convert your ideas into implementation plans and then have the AI implement them
• Know where to go to learn more and advance your project after the evening

At the end of the evening you can nominate your app for the OpenStartup library and join us at our next jam session to continue building and learning.
