You operate the joystick (approvals, decisions, the calls only you can make) and the agent runs in the background 24/7. Customer support drafts ready for your review every morning. Content stubs proposed from URLs you forwarded. Tickets handled against any repo you authorize. Health metrics tracked. Briefings written. Calendar managed.
You stop feeling behind because the agent is on top of what needs to be done. You're just fielding critical decisions and making approvals on work that's been completed.

## Introducing Behalf.bot

Behalf.bot is the exact AI assistant I've been running for myself for the last several months, distilled into a transferable product.
This whole journey started because I was frustrated with Open Claw and had given up on it. Before completely abandoning the vision of a truly-capable AI assistant I tried using Claude Code itself as the harness instead and hacking features onto it. Fast forward 6 weeks and I've built something that is at least 10x more capable than Open Claw. It's running every aspect of my life right now. Production data, 24/7 operation, live support, real money.
A non-exhaustive list of what it's doing for me as you read this:

• Handling Vibecode Lisboa's customer support and billing
• Tracking my macros and workouts for the Body for Life program all via meal photos and hand-written journal
• Monitoring infrastructure across Google Cloud, Vercel, n8n, and a dozen other surfaces
• Writing a daily morning briefing with everything I need to know to get the most out of my day
• Running a custom-developed skill called "Pacman" to digest articles and github projects and incorporate useful enhancements to extend its own capabilities
• Reviewing GitHub PRs and shipping fixes against any repo I authorize
• Workshopping Substack blog post stubs in my voice and drafting social media promo of these posts
• Running backups, health checks, and cost monitoring on a schedule
• Using a custom-developed feature called "Midnight Oil" to ship new features while I sleep

In this talk, I demo all of this to give you a "day in the life" of how I now work. I can do all of the above now while walking around Lisbon talking to it via voice notes in Discord.
