This is where you start with Reiki, which is Universal Life Force Energy, a gentle healing energy which promotes peace, balance and relaxation.

Receive your first connection with the Reiki energy, learn some simple techniques for self-healing, how to treat family and friends, and explore the Reiki precepts.

What you need to know

Reiki I is an introduction to Reiki. We cover the origins and history of Reiki, what exactly Reiki is, you are attuned and empowered (connected) to the Reiki energy, and you learn some simple techniques for working with Reiki in your own practice and treating family and friends. We also cover the Reiki Precepts, a set of principles which accompany the energy work of Reiki. This level is for complete beginners, and there is very little you need to do to prepare.

The classes themselves take place over Zoom, with a maximum of ten people, to give us time and space to work personally and for all your questions to be answered as we learn.

Timings

The course will run over 3x 3hr sessions, weekly or fortnightly, starting in March. Days and times TBC, please see my website or email for more information.

Fees and Reservation

The fee for Reiki I is €165, and you can reserve your place by going to my website and paying the deposit or full fee via the Paypal button there. If you choose to pay only the deposit, the rest of the fee is payable before the course starts.

Your course fee includes all manuals, tuition, certification, and lifetime access to recordings of our classes via the Teachable platform.
