Creo que compartir en comunidad nos permite comprendernos mejor y ser más compasivos tanto con nosotros mismos como con los demás.
Juntos, descubriremos una nueva forma de conectar, sin juicio ni miedo. Celebrando nuestras diferencias y apoyándonos mutuamente para sentirnos libres.

"Compartiremos inquietudes, practicaremos meditación y movimiento consciente. Vibraremos a través de nuestro propio instrumento, la voz, para sanar, integrar y expandir nuestro SER.

Será un grupo pequeño para mantener la experiencia íntima y acogedora.

"We'll express insights, practice meditation, and embrace mindful body movement. We'll vibrate through our own instrument, the voice, to heal, integrate, and expand our souls."

It will be a small group to keep the experience intimate and cozy.
