- Wear comfortable clothes
- Notebook and pen for journaling

How to prepare for the cacao: (This is so the cacao can be quickly absorbed, enabling you to go deeper into your journey.)
Recommendation: Avoid caffeinated drinks, such as coffee, caffeinated teas, energy drinks, and alcoholic drinks, on the day of the event.
Drink plenty of water before and after the ceremony to stay hydrated.
Do not eat heavy food at least 2 hours before the event.
