Learn in a simple and empowering way about the 4 phases of your menstrual cycle (menstruation, follicular phase, ovulation, and luteal phase) and how each one influences your energy, mood, and overall well-being. Understanding your cycle means understanding yourself! 🌙✨

Cacao is a sacred plant that carries gentle feminine energy — grounding, nurturing, and deeply heart-opening. As we consecrate it with presence, we connect with our inner wisdom and soften into love and compassion. Each sip becomes a moment to return to ourselves, to listen, and to honor the natural rhythm within.
🧘♀️ Yin Yoga & Live Sound Bath (@fabbiane.leite & @hara.nicole):
During this deeply relaxing Yin Yoga session, we'll focus on hip-opening postures — an area of the body where many of us store emotional tension, especially related to stress, trauma, or suppressed feelings. By gently releasing the hips, we invite emotional release, freedom, and a sense of grounding.
This experience will be enriched with a live sound bath, helping you reach a state of deep peace and connection with your inner self. 🎶💆♀️
