The theme of our next event is: "Deja vu"

Please note that we have moved from the Victoria Park Center for the Arts to 1 Temple Street, Victoria Park.
We meet at 6.30 pm for a 6.45 pm start. We will, as usual, read our stories on the theme of the meeting (no more than 1000 words) and follow each reading with constructive and friendly criticism. Those who do not have a story are still welcome to the meeting, and those who have a story, but not on the theme of the week, can read theirs after the themed works. The last person to have read his or her story at the previous meeting will be the first to read it at the next meeting! We will also try to accommodate those who have to leave early.
At the 25 October 2018 meeting, we decided that owing to the increased size of the group, and the growing number of stories presented at each meeting, it was necessary to restrict the time available to discuss each story. As we are now required to pay Public Liability Insurance, we have recently been forced to change the attendance fee to a blanket $7.00 per meeting. Attendance fee is paid on the night directly to our Treasurer/Secretary.
