"Victim Not!" was created as a result of the "Pulse Nightclub" massacre.
"Victim Not!" was created to help people develop the mindset that would give them a fighting chance to survive an event such as the "Pulse Nightclub" massacre.
In developing "Victim Not!", it became self evident that many features of the program would provide numerous life transformative benefits that would improve people's lives on many other levels.
Many people live reactive lives, they live day to day with little/no control over their lives.
Ask yourself the following, what would you life be like if you lived a proactive life, that you made your own choices, that you were living a life on your terms, your path, your destiny?
If you want to control your destiny, if you are willing to take responsibility, if you seek to be decisive, determined, defiant, that Freedom rather than safety is your core, then we are for you.
"Victim Not" started as a personal safety program, it was designed as a **** you to the cowardly mass murderer who killed 49 and wounded 51 people at the Orlando Pulse Nightclub, for me it's personal.
This Meetup group is pro-self defense, pro personal responsibility, being dependent, docile and dumb enough to belief the government will defend you was a mistake that close to half of the "Pulse Nightclub" Victims only got to make once, they paid for that with their lives.
The Orlando police arrived 10 minutes after the first shots were fired, they didn't enter the nightclub for over 2 hours, many of the Victims just bleed out. Many were calling family, friends, they knew the police were just outside the walls of the club, in the darkness alone, they cried for help that never came.
Had a few club goers stood up, fought back, they would have had a chance. Some may have been wounded, even killed, but not 49 dead/51 wounded.
Sadly we live in a world with evil violent people, living our lives being controlled by our fears leads to lives where we don't truly live, rather we just exist. Living in fear results in loss of hope, crushed dreams, loss of life purpose.
Criminals don't obey laws, laws that limit the abilities of good people to protect themselves promote criminal behavior by making good people easier prey.
Victim not will promote both individual rights and civic responsibilities. The reality is we are interdependent on each other, to secure our own safety, we need to step up and also promote community safety.
As this group grows, we will network with others, the growth/strength of this group will be in proportion to how active each of us is. All of us have our own unique Gifts, Skills and Talents.

"Victim Not!" strongly supports the 2nd amendment which is both an individual right to bear arms to defend ourselves from common criminals and a collective responsibility of all of us to preserve, promote and protect our country(Free Republic) from enemies.
Everyone is welcome, I don't care what you race, color, creed, gender, gender/sexual orientation or whatever is, what I do care about is the content of a person's character.
Holding any group accountable for the actions of one/few is unAmerican, group blame for the actions of one/few is something AUTHORITARIAN FASCISTS/NAZI's support.
