During the first event we'll be discussing the importance of self care as a targeted individual .

After a long day of living through all of the tactics used to delay and destabilize you how do you find the strength to take care of your well being ?

You are expected to do the following:
-SHOW YOUR FACE ON CAMERA
-participate (this is not a spectator sport)
-be solution oriented, validate others' experience
-Have a pen and notepad handy
-Share your lived experience in the hopes that it will help others :)

This is a peer led group NOT a substitution for therapy or any other medical interventions.
