Maintenance - Seneca Trail - replace boards on bridge ramps

We will replace some rotten boards on the ramp to the Great Brook Bridge near the RG&E substation. Then we will repair and add cleats to the ramp for the old Seneca Trail Bridge. Maybe a stop for ice cream or other refreshments after.
