Below is Kyra's description of her expectations for the work day. As you will see when you go to the spreadsheet she is breaking the work into 2 hour blocks - 9 to 11, 11 to 1 and 1 to 3.
Hi, all,
Thank you for offering to help me with my Eagle Project if you are available. I have a work day coming up on Saturday 4/25 from 9:00am to 3:00pm. We will be installing 4x4 posts for the signs in the ground, so any help I can get will be greatly appreciated. Park behind the Fisher's Fire Department at 7853 County Road 42 in Victor, and the parking lot is behind the Fire Station. Meet up with us by walking 0.2 miles south on the Auburn Trail to the Domine Trail entrance. It is at the bridge on the right side of the trail. Snacks and lunch will be provided.
Please put your name on this google spreadsheet to tell me if you are planning on being there to help out.
If you can't make it to this one, I will be putting the signs on the posts on 5/22 (over Memorial Day weekend), so please save the date for that, as well.
If the weather doesn't look good, then this work day will be rescheduled for 5/22 and we will put the signs on the next day, 5/23. I will email next week if it will be cancelled due to rain, but we won't know for sure until the day of so it may be last-minute.
If you can, please bring shovels to help dig. The trails will most likely be muddy so bring appropriate shoes and some work gloves. If anyone has a post digger, that would be helpful, as well. Please remember to bring a water bottle, and we will have drink refills available.
