Welcome to the Victoria Beachcombing Meetup! This group is perfect for anyone who loves combing the shores of Victoria for beautiful stones while listening to nature's music: ocean waves, seagulls squawking, kids playing :)
I love searching for stones/crystals such as agates, rhodonite, quartz, and epidote but advocate for intact shells to be left behind for sea creatures. While we're at it, let's also remove any beach litter so we can leave the environment a little more pristine for the next generation.
