Join us for a fun and social paddling adventure! Whether you're an experienced paddler or new to stand-up paddleboarding or kayaking, this event is a fantastic way to enjoy the water, meet new people, and explore one of Victoria’s hidden gems historic Cole Island
Event Details:

⏳ Duration:~2.5 hours (40-minute paddle each way + island visit)
💰 Cost:Free if you bring your own gear! Special Meetup rentals available: $40 for 2 hours through [Paddle'n'Go](https://www.paddlengo.ca) (Reserve at least 24 hours in advance via text: 250-885-5600).
What to Expect:
We’ll launch from Stewart Beach and paddle through the calm waters of Esquimalt Harbour to Cole Island, a National Historic Site. Once there, we’ll take a 30-minute break to explore the island, learn about its fascinating naval history, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
What to Bring:
Your own paddleboard, kayak, or canoe (or rent in advance)
Life jacket (PFD) – required
Water, coffee, or snacksfor a quick break
Dry bag for personal items
Weather-appropriate clothing
