Pace 2.5: Villages / Off-Seaside

It looks like it may be a decent day for a shorter ride.
We'll pass thru Chinatown, North Park, Fernwood, Quadra, Rock Bay, Vic West, James Bay, Cook Street, Oak Bay, Estevan and Cadboro Bay Villages with a few interesting stops along the way and a lunch stop. The route may be 30-40k or so.
