Beneath the Cuff Cliffs - is the nineteenth adventure of our custom D&D campaign right here in Victoria, BC. And you are invited to join us! We will be playing IN PERSON at "Board with Friends Cafe"!

NEW PLAYERS WELCOME!

This event is for both brand new players to the campaign and those of us who have attended our earlier events! The campaign style is an ode to classic D&D, in the style of adventures like "Caves of Chaos", "Lost Mine of Phandelver" and "Village of Homlet".

We will be using classic 2014 5th Edition rules. If you wish to pre-roll your character use the standard array and please keep your choices to classes/feats/species listed in the 2014 Player's Handbook!

If you are new and never rolled a character before, no worries we got you covered, (although installing the D&D Beyond app to your phone will be useful)!

Beneath the Cuff Cliffs - The adventurers are summoned by Nigel Bickwick, President of the Fishing & Dock Workers Guild, to a private dinner at the Wildthorn Inn.

There, Nigel shares urgent news: his friend Jenna Spinnaker has discovered an unreachable isthmus far north of FREEPORT, beyond the jagged northern shoreline. It shelters a rich lagoon full of sea life, vital for Freeport’s food and trade!

"It's perfect for our kind, BUT travel there by sea is treacherous, the waters are shallow, with sharp rocks and choppy whitecaps. We need a land route to this location. I'd like to solicit you all to travel to the west side of Lost Lake and try to find a land passage to this Lagoon!"
