Victoria Language Exchange

Join us for the monthly Victoria Language Exchange (formerly known as Babble Bar)!

VLE is an in-person international language exchange group in Victoria, BC, Canada. Members of the group meet to practice the languages they are learning, brush up on their native language skills, and make friends from around the world.

Instead of (or in addition to) studying grammar from a textbook, come and enjoy real-world conversations with other people either fluent in or learning the same language as you. Any and all languages are welcome!

This is a 19+ event, please bring photo ID and a $2 entry fee*.

The event starts at 7pm and ends at 10pm, feel free to arrive and leave whenever you like. We are being hosted by the lovely Swans Brewpub in downtown Victoria, where drinks and food are available to order.

*We request a $2 cash donation at the time of entry to help us cover expenses like Meetup subscription costs. You won't be turned away if you forget to bring change, but please try to remember. 🙂
