Join us for a refreshing jogging session at Beacon Hill Park!
I will be inside the Starbucks 15min before 5pm. So just say hi to me!

We’ll start with some light abs and core workouts to warm up, followed by about 30 minutes of jogging. It’s a great way to build stamina, strengthen your core, and enjoy the beautiful park surroundings. All fitness levels are welcome!

Things you may want to bing: Water bottles, cap, watch, towel (lighter belongings in general for running)
