Core Cellular transformation is a very simple process with profound results. This is not an intellectual change, rather a deep releasing of energetic and habitual patterns or events that reside in the cells within our body. As we release old patterning and deep emotions, we start to connect back to our true self and the things that are not needed drop away. As the process builds our bodies begin to fill with vitality and we can begin to shine again as ourselves.

In the words of Ger Lyons, the founder of the healing system "Every cell carries memory which holds and stores impressions of everything we ever experience. This imprinting is like a complex matrix of mind sets, belief systems, ways of the world that we have been taught as children, and given from birth, from society, from our family experience, cultural conditioning, ancestors, etc. All this programming may not be congruent with what our soul has come to experience, discover or explore. Each individual person will begin to explore and continue to discover the true nature of what they have come here to experience. There are many exciting revelations and expanding experiences to have as this unique process of illumination runs through your body and your life".

What you will experience

Music is played at the beginning of the process, to help switch of our intellectual thinking and allow our feelings to surface. A sacred invocation is then spoken, which brings through a higher transmission of sacred healing energy, this comes from a place of pure love, from our creator from the heart of God. Then one person at a time talks about whatever is coming up for them. My job as facilitator is to, fully and completely listen that the person talking so they can be heard and seen on all levels of there being. Then there is a prayer. I say a few words at a time and everyone repeats them back, this keeps going until the energy starts to move and release. At the end, music is played once again to give time to allow for some internal processing before the session comes to an end.

About Jane

Jane’s spiritual journey in this life began when she was 10 with TM (transcendental meditation) in her teenage years in the UK she was able attend talks by Krishnamurti, both these early events had a profound effect and laid the foundation for her spiritual path. In her early 20s she began to discover crystals there wonderful healing power and incorporated them with teaching meditation and healing.

Now she focuses on energy healing through Reiki, Past life Regressions and Core Cellular work to help people release traumas and stuck energy from old patterning that has been stored in the subconscious and the body resonance. “The more we release the more fully present we become, the easier it is to walk our path and the easier it is to re-connect with our spiritual origin, to be our peace our harmony our tranquility to shine and laugh in life”.

Sessions often start with a meditation. If you arrive later than 7pm you may have to wait until the meditation is over before you enter the room.

The meet up group will be held in the Gymnasium

Please do not wear any strong fragrances as some people are sensitive to them.

Cost: $5.00 (exact change is appreciated)

Parking is available across from the Centre. The Community Centre requires all participants to sign in at the front desk for Health and Safety reasons. Sign up sheet will be available 30 minutes before the event. Sarah or Dawn will be there to help guide you!
