Quotes:
“It is not death that a man should fear, but he should fear never beginning to live.”
~ unknown author
“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.”
~ Mahatma Gandhi
Synopsis:
The statement “When we are born, we start dying” is a thought-provoking philosophical perspective on life and mortality. It highlights the inevitability of death as a part of the human experience from the moment we are born.
In a literal sense, the process of aging and eventual death begins the moment we are born. Our bodies go through various stages of growth, development, and decline over time, ultimately leading to the end of life. This idea underscores the fleeting nature of human existence and the importance of making the most of the time we have.
From a philosophical standpoint, this statement can serve as a reminder to cherish each moment, live purposefully, and appreciate the precious gift of life. It encourages us to reflect on our mortality and consider how we want to spend our time and leave a meaningful legacy.
While the concept of starting to die when we are born may sound sombre, it can also inspire us to embrace life fully, pursue our passions, cultivate meaningful relationships, and make a positive impact on the world around us.
