Reiki Share - Sun Dec 14

Victoria Reiki Share's first meeting will be Sunday, December 14, from 9am to 11am, at Neighbourspace (dt Victoria).

Agenda:
9-9:30am: introductions + self Reiki + discussion.

9:30-10:50am: 2 *non-touching* Reiki shares with other group members, followed by discussion, with a break between sessions.

10:50-11am: self Reiki to finish.

Please bring water for yourself, comfy clothes and possibly some layers. Any waste brought in must be brought out (per Neighbourspace rules).

**As this is the first Reiki session, it will be non-touching, so that we can get to know each other first. The whole session will involve Reiki given and received from a seated position. Please note all attendees must have completed Reiki II training.
