Ready to sculpt your strength and boost your endurance using nothing but your own amazing body? This dynamic Strength and Conditioning class focuses on effective bodyweight exercises to build lean muscle, enhance functional fitness, and improve overall athleticism.
You'll be guided through a carefully structured program that incorporates a variety of exercises targeting all major muscle groups. Expect to challenge yourself with a variety of different exerciss, and progressing through variations to suit all fitness levels. We'll also integrate cardiovascular elements to elevate your heart rate and improve stamina.
Your guide for the session is Ray, a certified trainer (BCPRA) with a great energy and years of coaching under his belt. He’s all about helping people feel confident and capable through movement.
Things to bring:
– Water bottle
– Yoga mat or towel
– Comfy clothes and runners
– Dumbells (recommended but optional)
