CRAIGFLOWER MANOR Haunted House Investigation
Details
Hi Friends, Come join the ghost gatherers in an investigation of the oldest settlement house of B.C.! Craigflower Manor settled on the Gorge Waterway is steeped in history and the spirits of pioneers.
Scottish Highland Games curator, Jillan Valpy, opens the house to us for a tour and ghost gathering at our leisure. Thanks, Jillan! Learn about the 1860's McKennzie family, the historic significance to Canada and the ghosts that linger. Many of the objects of the Manor are authentic to the settlers. After the tour stay and use your senses and apps., and gadgets to record evidence of paranomral activity there.
(I recorded hundreds of voices through my audio enhancer. Expect surprising evidence of ghosts at Craigflower Manor). Fun!
Optional Meet Up for a delicious snack at 3 at nearby 4 Mile Pub/Restaurant. Check menu here: https://www.fourmilehouse.com/ Continue to ghost gatherer at 4 Mile. Here is a video about the haunting at 4 Mile. www.youtube.com/watch?v=iHzyP7Gte10 . E
The spirits are friendly at 4 Mile Restaurant. Record the native spirits along the trails, young Jake, the stable boy, Peter Calvert, the first owner, Jake, Elizabeth, his wife, or the man in the bowler hat, or the most famous spirit, the "White Lady of Thetis Lake" who is the heartbroken maiden who grieves for her lost sailor lover.
Things always get lively at 4 Mile. The overhead light flickers in response to the mention of activity, the spirit boxes chatter, cat balls flicker and EMF detectors flash continuously.
Investigate the restarurant, the garden and wander the trail to the water where the Lady in White who's stainglass portrait graces the pub wall. She awaits her sailor husband. Another spirit, Elizabeth Calvert's spirit watches over the garden she created from the upper windows.
