We're excited to prototype a facilitation tool we built to help teams and stakeholders reach alignment quickly.

What, exactly, are we doing?
This rapid design sprint tool was inspired by a workshop that we recently delivered at the Project Management Vancouver Island conference. You'll experience a way that AI can dramatically accelerate synthesis and ideation, while keeping humans firmly in the driver's seat. Getting stakeholder alignment and buy-in with transparency in a short workshop.

Working in small groups, you'll gather authentic user insights, watch AI identify themes in real time, validate those findings together, and rapidly generate solution ideas. Along the way, we'll explore where AI shines, where human judgment, ideation, and validation are essential, and how the two can work together to create stronger decisions and faster team/stakeholder alignment.

What if I'm not a "designer"?
Design is a state of mind! Come on in ;) No prior design or AI experience required. Just bring your curiosity. Expect connection, experimentation, and some productive chaos. Like all VIDC events, this is a chance to learn by doing and meet curious humans.
