Happy Hour at Belleville's - dining room (not lounge/bar).

There is free parking on Quebec Street from 4pm. The hotel entrance is just behind their parking lot on Quebec. You can also enter from Belleville Street.
I will secure space at tables directly to your right and down a slight passageway after you enter the room.
