What we’re about

This group will meet for a walk at a local trail one Saturday morning per month. Each walk will be about an hour. Each month a book with a personal development, education or wellness theme will be suggested to read in the hopes that it will provide a prompt for discussion between members during the walk. Feel free to attend even if you haven’t read the book. This group is for women who are interested in an opportunity to be active, socialize and make new friends. Dogs are welcome on walks.
