About us
Welcome to Sahaja Yoga meditation!
Through free, in-person weekly classes, participants experience how meditation can help reduce stress and bring peace and balance into daily life. In addition to weekly in-person classes, we host special events such as music & meditation sessions, workshops and online meditation courses.
Everyone is welcome, and no prior experience is necessary. Weekly classes are every Tuesday at 6:30 pm at the Vic West Community Centre.

Free meditation class - Finding Balance
Vic West Community Centre, 521 Craigflower Rod, Victoria, BC, CAThrough this series of classes, we'll learn how simple meditation techniques can help us reduce stress, find peace and bring harmony to daily life.
The week will include a focus on what it means to feel more balanced within: mentally, emotionally and physically - and how meditation can help.
Each class will include guided meditation, Q&A and tips for meditating at home.
