This week we'll focus on what it means to feel more 'balanced' in our daily lives, and how we can feel more at peace.
We'll learn simple techniques to reduce stress and make us more balanced and peaceful. We'll also learn about what we can do at home to incorporate meditation into our daily life.
What to expect:
Classes include a brief discussion of a weekly topic, a guided meditation, and suggestions for setting up your daily practice at home, followed by Q&A.
