This week we will focus on a basic introduction to Sahaja Yoga meditation: what is this meditation all about, and how do we do it?

We'll share some simple techniques that reduce stress and make us more balanced and peaceful. We'll also learn about what we can do at home to incorporate meditation into our daily life.

What to expect:
Classes include a brief discussion of a weekly topic, a guided meditation, and suggestions for setting up your daily practice at home, followed by Q&A.

✧No prior experience required
✧Join anytime (attendance at previous classes is not required)
✧No equipment required. Chairs are available for sitting, but feel free to bring a mat if you prefer. (There is no stretching or physical movement
involved.)
