Weekly class - Getting Started with Meditation

This week we will focus on how meditation can help us stay in the present moment.
We'll share some simple techniques that help us experience a state of calm and peace within. We'll also learn about what we can do at home to incorporate meditation into our daily life.
What to expect:
Classes include a brief discussion of a weekly topic, a guided meditation, and suggestions for setting up your daily practice at home, followed by Q&A.

✧No prior experience required
✧Join anytime (attendance at previous classes is not required)
✧No equipment required. Chairs are available for sitting, but feel free to bring a mat if you prefer. (There is no stretching or physical movement
involved.)
