Through this series of classes, we'll learn how simple meditation techniques can help us reduce stress, find peace and bring harmony to daily life.

The class will include a guided meditation and a brief discussion on how we can tap into and expanding the
state of silence within. We'll have time for Q&A and we'll share a few tips about how to incorporate meditation into daily life.
