Through this series of classes, we'll learn how simple meditation techniques can help us reduce stress, find peace and bring harmony to daily life.

The week we will focus on how the natural elements can help deepen our meditation - how connecting with mother earth and using other elements such as water can help cleanse ourselves from within.

Session will be followed by tea and refreshments ☕🍪
