Welcome to our meditation class!

This week, we'll focus on how meditation can help us become more patient. Meditation can help us to slow down and to be kinder - to ourselves and others.

Each week, we'll learn about simple techniques that reduce stress and make us more balanced and peaceful. We will also learn about what we can do at home to incorporate meditation into our daily life.

What to expect:
Classes include a brief discussion of a weekly topic, a guided meditation, and suggestions for setting up your daily practice at home, followed by Q&A.

✧No prior experience required
✧Join anytime - drop-in's welcome
✧No equipment required. Chairs are available for sitting, but feel free to bring a mat if you prefer. (There is no stretching or physical movement
involved.)
