Libraries are filled with knowledge and learners. They are also filled with colour, angles and rows of books. What a treat to be invited into our public library building to sketch and make art with the subjects that speak to us. After sketch chat and get-together will be at the food court, at the top of the Hudson Bay Centre.
NOTE: This is a SUNDAY. How many different fleas can you sketch? An antique baby carriage, old cameras, candle sticks, vintage and retro collectables. Arts and crafts. Be on time for free (Sketchers) entry or be late and pay the fee. After sketch get-together: Spinnakers Pub.
Sketch an aircraft from another era at the BC Aviation Museum. https://www.bcam.net PLEASE NOTE: This is an aircraft hanger and not heated. Please bring something warm to wear. And possibly a seat. ALSO: Don't be late. 11am we enter together. Cost of $5.00 per person (group rate) please bring the correct change. Plus the usual $1 meetup website contribution. Driving note: Take Patricia Bay Highway (Hwy 17) north toward the airport. Exit Hwy 17 at the McTavish Road interchange and take the exit to the airport and Canora Road. Approx 300 metres bear right and follow Canora Road north for 800 metres. Watch for the Museum sign on left. Turn left at Norseman Road and head for the parking lot. After sketch get-together at Mary's Bleue Moon Cafe

Gaby Campanario, the Founder of Urban Sketchers, with be in Victoria giving four classes on Friday afternoon April 12th, Saturday morning and afternoon April 13th and Sunday morning April 14th.
