This group is all about keeping camping simple, fun, and local. We’ll be planning easy weekend tent camping trips at nearby spots where we can relax, enjoy the outdoors, and hang out around the campfire.
You don’t need fancy gear or tons of experience—just a love of fresh air, good company, and being outside. Whether you’re brand new to camping or you’ve been doing it for years, you’re welcome here.

Hey Campers!
You’re invited to a casual Camping Meet & Greet Weekend — a chance to enjoy the outdoors, make new memories, and connect with familiar and new faces around the campfire.
Date: October 24th -26th
Location: 13375 Lake Ming Rd, Bakersfield, CA 93306
Here’s how it works:
• Book your own campsite with your friends or family.
• You’ll be responsible for your own reservations and costs.
• Stay for the week, weekend, or just a night — totally up to you!
What’s Happening?
At some point during the weekend, we’ll plan a relaxed Meet & Greet Hangout — think s’mores, hot dogs, music, maybe a casual potluck! Final details will be shared closer to the event.
This is all about keeping things easy, fun, and laid-back — no pressure, just good company and good times under the stars.
