- Retreat Day → Sat, Nov 22 All Day
Online, live Instructor-led sessions: Sessions are conducted via Google Meet Weekly and last 2.5 hours

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Adriana Ruggiero Robinson is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through UC San Diego’s Center for Mindfulness and has practiced since 2017. With a background in media, she transitioned to teaching mindfulness after experiencing its benefits and choosing a more
balanced way of living. Her mission now is to make mindfulness accessible to all.
