Let's Play despelote!

For this month's game, we are playing despelote!

Despelote is a slice-of-life first-person adventure video game set in Quito during Ecuador's qualification for the 2002 FIFA World Cup, where the player is able to explore and play with a soccer ball in the city. The game is autobiographical and from the perspective of an eight year old Julián Cordero, one of the developers.

Play through as much of the game as you like and we will discuss it on the first Sunday of May. If you don't finish the game, don't worry; you can attend no matter how much you played. (But be prepared for spoilers!)

We'll be meeting at Hapa's Brewing Company in San Jose, either inside or on the south patio. Look for the table with the Rubik's Cube and lots of friendly faces. See this map for parking and building entrances.
