Come make some friends and heckle some bad movies Mystery Science Theatre 3000 style! We recommend you come early for the previews, which is a period dedicated to socializing and making friends before the film!
Call out your favorites in our Bad Movie Popularity Poll! The 3 movies at the top of the polls are voted on as candidates to be our next movie at the end of the night!
Come out and say hello to your fellow Geek Historians and go home with something to watch over Holiday!
We'll also host a free white elephant before the movie! You DO NOT need to bring a gift. Attendees will all get a number and select gifts from an available pile of DVDs/Blu-Rays in sequence.
When it's your turn, you can choose to either open a new gift or steal a gift from another participant. In the event that that you steal a gift, you need to also tell the group why you find that gift interesting.
The movies available will be very random. Good movies, bad movies, even some anime. With a little luck those in the group that still enjoy physical media will all find something that piques their interest! After that, we'll hang out and maybe play some games!
Movie Starts at 7:30PM in the Private Viewing Room in the back of the bar near the bathroom entrances! Ask the bar where the movie is if you have any trouble. Recommend you arrive by 6:00 so you can find parking, order a drink, settle in and socialize!

Guildhouse is a bar! If you intend to drink, public transportation options include the the Blue and Green Light Rail Lines, which both stop at the San Antonio Station (Directions Here.) It's about a 7 minute walk from there.
The South 2nd Street and San Salvador Bus Stop (Directions Here) is just around the corner.
The best parking spot is the I-280 Parking Lot which is about 3 blocks down the street from Guildhouse (Directions Here.) Parking is free after 6:00PM on weeknights and completely free on weekends!
If you don't mind paying for parking and have concerns about walking distance or wandering the city at night, there is a parking lot right across the street that normally charges between $10-$20 depending on how busy it is Downtown (Directions Here.)
