VGN Game Night - Various Games/Genres

Time & Place: from about 8:30p until about 1:30a; UH in the Student Center South Floor 1 - Commons/Lounge area *** The main entrance for the Student Center South has an information desk immediately to the left after entering. Go down the walkway to the right immediately after going through the main entrance of the Student Center South. The lounge area is right across from the UH Campus Store.***

What: Play various games from various genres casually for fun or competitively

Consoles & Games: Usually Switch, PS4, 360, Dreamcast, PC, and sometimes, XBONE, PS2, 3DS, PS3, N64

Featured Game(s): Smash Bros. Ultimate

Games Usually Played: Mortal Kombat 11, Tekken 7, Street Fighter V, Darkstalkers, Street Fighter 3rd Strike, Capcom vs. SNK 2, a variety of old school fighting games

Games Sometimes Played: Madden 19, NBA 2K19, Splatoon, Killer Instinct, UFC, Mario Kart 8, Guilty Gear XRD, Wii U Tetris, King of Fighters XIV, Gundam Extreme Vs., Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Virtua Fighter 5 FS, Injustice 2, SFXTekken, Black Ops III, Halo 5, Tetris PSN, Awesomenauts, various shooters, etc.

Other Games (Played At Past Game Nights Or Possibilities): Dance Central, Wii Sports Club, Unreal Tournament III, League of Legends, Tekken Tag Tournament 2, New Super Mario Bros. Wii U, Soul Calibur V, Pokemon 64, Warriors Orochi, NCAA Football 14, Just Dance, Killzone 3, BlazBlue, Nintendo Land, MK9, Ghost Recon Future Soldier, Gears of War 3, DJ Hero, New Super Mario Bros., etc.

There are sometimes board and card games played as well.

***Sometimes the circle in front of the Student Center South is open for parking and is free. Right now, the parking garage directly across from the Hilton hotel and nearest the Student Center is probably the best option. It will be $5 from 4pm all the way until 7am the next morning, and is not an hourly rate. ***

Note: Disregard the RSVP count since many gamers who attend don't necessarily RSVP through meetup.com. There's been anywhere from around 10 - 65 gamers in attendance but the average game night is usually between 15-30 gamers.
