Sometimes the best thing is to get a fresh perspective from experienced people who've seen similar (or exactly the same) things before.

Anyone involved in a project. Really, any kind of project.
Doesn't have to be Agile.

WHAT: Here's the rough Agenda...

1. IDEA COLLECTION:
We list all possible issues we'd like to discuss

2. QUICK SOLUTION ROUND:
Everyone gets an opportunity to add a broad idea for a solution

3. VOTE FOR A DEEPER DISCUSSION:
We vote for which issue we'd like to talk about more deeply

4. RINSE & REPEAT
