VIENNA AGILE #3 - Quick Topic: Many Teams Different Formats

QUICK TOPICS are 45 min online meetups to chat about a topic important to project managers. They work like this:
- Intro to Topic (5-10 min)
- Discussion and Sharing Experiences/Solutions (35-40 min)
- Done
The goal here is to talk more often while making it easier for people to participate. Taking an entire evening for an online meetup after a full day of work can feel like a lot. 45 min is more doable.

MEETING TOPIC:
When your team has one format (Ex: Scrum) and another team you work closely with has a different one (Ex: Kanban), and then a third team from a service provider works with yet another (Ex: Waterfall), this is an example of Many Teams Different Formats.
This can cause a lot of inefficiencies and scheduling headaches.
So, what to do about it? That's what we'll discuss ✔️
