Team Topologies is more than a team design model — it provides a practical lens for shaping team structures, improving collaboration, and enabling sustainable scaling. In this session, we’ll explore real-life examples of applying Team Topologies in organizations, highlight common challenges, and create space for participants to reflect on their own context. QUICK TOPICS are 45-60 min online meetups to chat about a topic important to project managers. They work like this:

- Discussion and Sharing Experiences/Solutions
- Done
The goal here is to talk more often while making it easier for people to participate. Taking an entire evening for an online meetup after a full day of work can feel like a lot. 45-60 min is more doable.
