Agility is no longer just a method — it has become a cultural and strategic capability that defines how successful companies adapt and create value. In this talk, Tobias will present the key findings of the PwC x PMI Study 2025, which examines the state of agility in Austrian companies.
We will look at how organizations understand agility today, the main barriers to scaling it, the rise of hybrid models, and the (still limited) role of AI in agile work.
Attendees will leave with a clear picture of where Austrian companies stand — and what separates those who use Agile methods from those who truly live Agility!
