But what happens when the amount of change exceeds our capacity to absorb it? Let's explore what Change Fatigue is, how to recognize it, and what we can do about it.

1. Before the event we'll collect 4-6 project issues with more detail about the specific use-case
2. At the event, the issue owner will present their issue to a small group
3. Then, the discussion and feedback round begins!

We'll switch groups once, so you'll be able to choose two issues 👍
