Social Book Club - Fantasy and Historical Fiction Circle - The Tombs of Atuan

Welcome to the "Fantasy and Historical Fiction" Reading Circle of the Social Book Club!

We will meet to discuss Ursula K. Le Guin's fantasy novel "The Tombs of Atuan" (180 pages). This is the second part of her Earthsea Cycle, being the sequel to "A Wizard of Earthsea".

The meeting point is at JO&JOE on the 5th floor. Drinks and some food can be bought there, so if possible please buy something for reasons of politeness, if you can afford it, since they provide the space for free.

Book Description:

In this second novel in the Earthsea series, Tenar is chosen as high priestess to the ancient and nameless Powers of the Earth, and everything is taken from her—home, family, possessions, even her name.
