Healing the feminine-an emotional and energy healing circle focusing on women
Details
Details
The Vienna Consciousness group is happy to announce its next thematic healing circle which focuses on issues relating to women. Hosted by Kamani, this is a safe space to focus and let go of pain, hurt or burdens which have settled within the three bodies (mind, body and energy) through guided meditations, tools such as body mapping and energy healings. Each participant will also learn how to harness their own intuition and healing by healing someone else in the group.
Honouring the body: Women’s relationship with our bodies is complex. Since childhood we have received messages from family, society and the media on how a woman’s body should look like. Many women identify with their weight as the key factor in determining how they felt about themselves – more important than family, school, or career. Women’s bodies are also objectified as sexual objects and often regarded as only vessels for child bearing. There is a constant sense of insecurity of not being “pretty enough”, “shapely enough” etc which can lead to a lot of mental pressure and stress.
Developing a healthy and authentic relationships with our own bodies and accepting the beauty of what they are is an important step towards healings and reclaiming our own power. The healing circle will focus on this theme and will be conducted for three hours in English.
*Kamani has been working on women's rights and issues for two decades at an international level.
Here is what some participants have to say about the healing circle:
"Thank you, Kamani, for organising the healing circle for women! You created such a wonderful safe space where I could unwind and open up, and where your guidance helps us to heal ourselves and each other. It really does make a difference. "
"I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for the excellent conduct of the workshop on how to heal our sexual energy. It was an illuminating session in my healing process. I would also love to thank the other people who attended, as they showed their vulnerability and allowed us to be stronger together. "
** A donation of 10 Euros would be appreciated to cover the costs of the venue.
