Contact Improvisation Oneday Immersion

The flow state is something magical, it is a natural movement that occurs when we stop struggling.
What happens when you follow what feels light and flowing? When you no longer work against yourself, but with yourself?
In these workshops we explore paths of least resistance - in the body, in the encounter, in dance. We align ourselves inwardly to receive the gifts of the here & now, we use somatic bodywork, principles of applied anatomy and far eastern practices to feel what holds and what can be let go.
We explore body states that bundle the power of the momentum, tune your bodymindset for maximum lightness and joy of movement and awaken the flow in your dance as well as in your life.
