#### Start: Leobendorf Train Station

The tour begins at the train station in Leobendorf, a picturesque town known for the Kreuzenstein Castle. From here, the route heads toward the Waschberg.

#### Waschberg

The first climb takes you up the Waschberg. This hill offers a fantastic view of the surrounding landscape and is a popular destination for hikers and mountain bikers. After a short break, the route continues toward Leitzersdorf.

#### Leitzersdorf – Hatzenbach – Senning – Streitdorf – Bruderndorf

This section is less technically demanding and passes through several small villages. The terrain is mostly flat to gently rolling, making it a great opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility of the region. There are no significant climbs here, so this part of the tour can be considered a recovery section before tackling the more challenging hills like Steinberg and Michelberg.

  • Equipment: A gravel bike or mountain bike is recommended, as many sections are on unpaved roads. E-mountain bikes are also suitable, but you may need to wait for "bio-bikers" on the climbs.
