• New research happening in this field like deep learning
• Impact on society e.g. the introduction of autonomous cars

Automating Support Workflows with agentic AI

Marcel Dielacher – Consultant @ Data TechnologyWe are working on a First Level Support Assistant designed to reduce the workload of human agents by resolving routine queries autonomously. This assistant follows an agentic AI approach to automate and enhance support workflows. In the talk we will explore the technical implementation of the assistant and demonstrate how the assistant dynamically interacts with various tools and data sources to execute tasks.
