Together weβll explore calming breathwork, a guided visual journey, and progressive muscle relaxation β all simple, effective tools you can come back to in your daily life. No pressure, no performance. Just a safe space to regulate your nervous system and feel more balanced.
About your host β Sophie
Sophie is a certified Stress & Burnout Coach who knows the hustle from the inside β having worked in fast-moving tech environments (like TikTok) and as a former competitive athlete. Today, she supports others in finding clarity, energy, and calm through self-regulation tools rooted in both science and ancient practices.
Sheβs lived and worked in Vienna, Berlin, London, and Bali, and now brings her grounded, holistic approach to this beautiful community space at Energy Studio.
